The black is not printing. It seems to be an issue with that printer. I did everything possible. Clean, aligned, followed video to clean clogged cartridges, which they were not. Uninstall and install driver. All the cartridges are new and ink level full. Print quality shows all colors and the black is a white square. When I used the Scan Doctor and do a print test, I get some grey instead of black, but at least something is showing. In all the posts with the same issues, I see the HP's link that is not at all helpful. HP Deskjet, Photosmart 6520 Printers - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
When I put my serial number, it says the warranty is expired and no support is available, wow! If a company such as HP has a product with a reccurent problem, it should offer support instead of telling customers to just go buy another printer.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
