Photosmart C4480 driver not available on Windows 11

Hello, I've been trying to get my C4480 to work on Windows 11. HP says that Windows will automatically install the drivers, but it hasn't. I've found what seems to be a working solution with a driver provided in this community through Amazon Drive. However, that link is dead and I haven't been able to find it anywhere on the Internet, and I am reluctant to download it from sketchy websites.

I would very much appreciate if someone would get me that driver, in the meantime, I guess I'll have to work with Linux (odd enough with the amount of support that HP gets from Microsoft :P).
