Photosmart C4500
Chrome OS

My photosmart C4500 will only print a page in the top left corner of the page.  Previously I have used this printer on my Chromebook without any problems for the past 2 years.  I have tried looking for a solution in chrome os and on the printer but without any success.  We have another Chromebook and it now also has the same problem.

Could it be that the latest version of chrome is the problem or is it the printer?

Does anyone know what might be the problem, please?

@Setty, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Delete your printer from Google Cloud Print, then re-add it:

  1. If you haven’t yet, sign in to your Chromebook.
  2. Open Chrome.
  3. Go to the Google Cloud Print list of printers.
  4. Delete any duplicate printers from the list.
  5. Delete your printer from the list.
  6. Set up your printer with Google Cloud Print again.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

No what you suggested does not work.  The problem is a bug in the latest version of Chrome and Google are working on it but how long it will take them to sort out, who knows?

If you scroll back to my previous post you will see there is a link to google support and you will then see the problem exists for many HP printer and maybe other makes as well.
