Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Until 2 days ago this printer was working perfectly with a wireless connection.  Suddenly it stopped working.  Instead of the usual error message "printer offline" I see "driver unavailable" and I cannot connect wirelessly.  It does still print and scan using a USB cable connection, however this is not satisfactory because this printer serves three computers located in three separate rooms in the household .  

 

An attempt to reinstall a driver did not resolve the problem.  I was also advised to ask my I-net service provider to separate my networks.  That did not solve the problem.
