HP will never respond to this thread because they have intentionally made this printer no longer work. Any web based appliance, printer, computer, vehicle can be hacked, plain and simple. Now it appears companies are hiring their own hackers to make previous products useless so you have to go buy another.  So go buy another.

THANKYOU SO MUCH! It worked, we had literally bought another printer. After 2 months I was about to walk the printer out of the house and in a last ditch attempt found this! Thankyou 🙂
