I can't get the printer to print full page image on 4 x 6" paper. the printer just shows an error but if I don't select full width it's fine. Someone said the printer is not compatible with Mac OS Sonoma, this seems odd as the printer is less than a year old. The same person suggested a different OS but I"m not sure that is possible. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jujake

After reading the specifications for Deskjet 2720e shows the next information:

Paper handling

Media sizes supported (U.S. standard)
Letter; legal; 4 x 6 in; 5 x 7 in; 8 x 10 in; No. 10 envelopes

Borderless printing
No

So this Deskjet 2720e model cannot print to the edge, because it always should have a border in photos, because of the printing system that use some space in paper to move the page while printing photo.
