Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bonjour,

 

Je tente d'installer mon imprimante HP Envy 4527 sur 4 de mes PC portables Windows 10 en WIFI.

L'installation s'est parfaitement bien passée sur 2 d'entres-eux mais est impossible sur les 2 autres.

"Pilote indisponible" s'affiche dans Imprimantes et scanners. 

 

J'ai tenté de télécharger les pilotes sur le sites officiel HP, ça me télécharge plusieurs logiciels (très lourds pour certains) : "HP Print and Scan Doctor", "HP envy 4520 series" ou encore "Achat de consommables  - HP Envy 4520 series"... mais n'arrivent pas à m'installer l'imprimante.

 

J'ai tout désinstallé et retenter d'installer plusieurs sois sans succès.

J'ajoute que l'installation par USB fonctionne, elle.

 

Que puis-je faire d'autre ?
