I have been trying to download it from google, but i dont know how to get.

Please help me out:

Unfortunately, effective November 1, 2022, HP no longer offers the HP 27 Black Ink Cartridges (C8727A) and HP 28 Tri-Color Ink Cartridges (C8728A), which are used in the DeskJet 3420 printer, in the United States, Canada, and the Asia-Pacific region. Due to age and low interest, no direct replacement cartridges are available from HP.

Recommendations:

• Replacement Ink Cartridges: As there are no direct replacement cartridges available, you may need to look for compatible third-party cartridges or consider upgrading to a newer printer model.

• Upgrade Information: For more information on HP replacement printers, visit HP.com or contact your HP reseller.

Thank you for the response.

HP doesn't offer updated drivers anymore, but Windows Update may install a basic driver automatically:

Connect the printer via USB.

Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.

Click Add a Printer or Scanner.

Wait until Windows detects it. If it shows as “DeskJet 3420” or similar, click to install.

If nothing happens:

Open Device Manager.

Look under Other Devices or Printers.

Right-click on the DeskJet 3420 → Click Update driver → Choose Search automatically.
