Product: M15w HP LaserJet

I forgot my password. The reset procedure did not help.  Wifi network reset, only.

 

Turn the printer OFF, press and hold resume/cancel button turn printer ON, keep resume/cancel button pressed all the time for 20 seconds.

Please help me reset my administrator password.

Reset M15W EWS password - HP Support Community - 8122034

 

[internal procedure removed]

After that I connected the USB cable and launched the "HP Printer Assistant" program (HP LaserJet M14-M17.EXE) to configure the Wifi network.
