Brand new printer - out of the box - the mains lead will not stay located securely - as soon as printing starts if "falls out" therefore losing power to the printer

So unsure if I will need to return printer to shop purchased in or to HP?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Assume that the original power cord is used.  Will you be able to show us how the power cord is like when it's plugged in?

If able to return to the shop for a replacement, please do so.

Else, if the printer is still under warranty, contact HP for support.
