Product: HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will the power cord from my old printer, HP Envy 4500e All-in-One Printer, work with  my new printer, HP Smart Tank 6001 Printer ? The cord with the Smart Tank fits loosely and falls out of the printer easily.

The cord from the old printer is a little longer and has metal copper colored contacts inside the end that plugs into the printer. Other wise they look the same and  if compatible and won't cause any damage, I'd like to try the old cord tom see if it fits tighter.
