The power adapter for this product is internal. Looking at the user guide shows that the device connects directly to the wall with a power cord. I would say with 90% assurance that this device has a universal power supply that will work as long as you have the right cord, with no transformer required.
This is the actual power supply used in the Mobile 250 series
Also note that you can charge the printer using a USB cable attached to your computer as per the user manual.
