Hap problem printing MS word document in Thai language so that Itry to set Preferences Printer Language Settings in HP Smart program but not had Thai language.

@nssi123, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

This looks like an issue with MS Word and not HP Smart App. Restart the devices and try again.

 

Also, check for any updates for MS Word on your computer.
