I need to set up an environment for managing printers. I want to configure Print Anywhere on a Server using (Windows Server).

Welcome to the HP English Community --
I cannot imagine a way to do what I believe you want.
HP Print Anywhere is a feature available on eligible HP+ printers on which the HP+ service contract has been accepted and enabled.
The HP+ Print Anywhere access points are managed through HP Smart / HP Connected.
Print Anywhere itself is accessed and run in the HP Smart application on a supported device (computer, tablet, phone).
HP Smart (the application) is available from the appropriate App Store for the device type (computer, tablet, phone).
HP Smart - Windows
There is no link or management setup that involves Windows Server -- HP Smart for Windows requires Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Thanks for your feedback.
I need a HP application that allow me:
Integrate with Active directory
Control impressions made by users, departments, etc.
Configuring printer access PIN for users
Obtaining supplies status of printers on the network
And others..
Do you know of any HP application that allows me to manage HP printers?

You are welcome.
I could (and did) answer the initial question about Print Anywhere --
in my opinion, HP Print Anywhere is not suitable to your server environment.
Your new questions are outside of my current area of expertise.
