How do I get my HP Envy 6022e printer to print doubled side from my HP Smart app?

HP Smart supports 2-sided printing on supported paper sizes and types.

If the option is available for your paper size and paper type,

Find the option when you are printing your Document.

Devices are indeed a little different from one another.

The essentials appear to be similar, at least.

No worries - one more try - 

The following is for HP Smart - Mobile - iPadOS (iOS)

iPhone is similar - the exact layout is different.

Paper Size and Type must be set before the document is opened to be printed.

Paper Size and Type must be compatible with Duplex printing.

Open HP Smart

Open the document to be printed

Click the Printer icon

Opens Print Preview

iPadOS >> Slide the gray bar up (located along the bottom of the menu)

If supported, 2-Sided / Duplex printing is one of the available options

iPadOS >> Select the option(s) you want - Close the bar 

Optionally Edit > Done > Select next option (Print)
