HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

I am receiving this error when trying to print to the internet: C:\windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft.windows.gdiplus_6595b64144ccf1df_1.1.19041.3636_none_91a19322cc8a92a3\gdiplus.dll was not found. I also get it when I try reinstall the printer software.

I think this is more of a problem with the upgrade from w10 to w11.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
disconnect the printer (WLAN, LAN, USB) and remove the old printer software.
  2. Restart the PC
  3. Close all programs
  4. download only this complete package: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers
  5. Close all programs
  6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE,
    File name: Full_Webpack-40.15.1230-EN7640_Full_Webpack.exe (90.2 MB)
  7. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
  8. Restart the System again
  9. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

Kind Regards
