Print Margins on HP 4100

I am using this 4100 series HP printer and it keeps cutting off the margins. Ive seen many asking with the same problem and the "fit to printable area" or lowering % doesn't work - It just makes the margins bigger, but the text is smaller and cuts off the same area. I tried "fit to paper", and while the test went to the edge of the page, it still cut off what needed to be printed at the same area as if I tried printing normal.

When I print landscape, it cuts off the left side, in portrait, the bottom. I tried everything. HP is trash if this isn't fixable. It worked ONCE without screwing up the margins, since then its been cutting off everything. Never again HP

The bottom margin on that printer model is 12,7 mm everything under that margin is cut off, this model can't print lower than the bottom margin.
