Hi Dvortex,

 

No joy.  Removed PSDR from my computer ( Computer>OS(C:)>Program Files(86)>HP>Diagnostics>PSDR ) and reinstalled it from the link you provided.  PSDR still reports I have no paper, but reports everything else is fine.

 

Does this really matter?

This does not matter if the printer is actually printing well. 

 

It seems to be a glitch in the PSDR software. Ignore if the printer is printing well.
