Hello. I am also experiencing the same, or similar issue. Below I am including photos of the issue with the "Apps" button functionality on my HP Officejet Pro 7740. This device is about one week old at this point.

What I see NowWhat I see Now

The above image is what I see now when I click on "Apps". When I click on "Apps" and attempt to update, I get the "Update Unsuccessful" message. I also have no access to any Apps.

What I used to seeWhat I used to see

This photo includes the apps I used to see when I clicked on "Apps" upon initial printer setup. These apps disappeared at some point during installation of the printer.

I have also attempted various troubleshooting measures with HP Technical support staff, including factory reset, remove/reinstall, multiple hard resets by unplugging/re-plugging the machine, etc. I have been told that HP is aware of the issue and working on it, but now reviewing this message from someone else experiencing the same issue, this seems to be an ongoing issue for several months. When does HP anticipate on resolving this issue to allow this device to utilize its advertised features?
