Hi HP Team,

We have multiple printers in our school campus with different network. the issue is that, when we take print in my computer lab but print coming out from library printer, same way when we give printout from accounts dept. pc but print comes out from sports room printer. why this has happened we don't understand.

Please provide the solution.

Assuming you do not have duplicate IP addresses (you never bothered to confirm that), then the next thing to check is possible duplicate network HostNames programmed in the printers.

Duplicate IP addresses, routers not configured properly. You need to engage a professional with excellent network troubleshooting skills to track this down.
