Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Is there an issue with the Printer Driver for the LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer? My printer was off line due to a router change. I have fixed the issue on the printer side, but now my laptop and printer are not communicating. I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software, used the HP Print and Scan Dr. Nothing is working. The message in Settings is - Driver Is Unavailable. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello @DW2022 .
Please check the printer status as follows:
- On the keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
- Type control printers, then press Enter key. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click the name of your LaserJet Pro MFP M28-M31 series printer, then click See what's printing or Open queue.
- Click Printer, and then uncheck Pause Printing and uncheck Use Printer Offline and close all windows.
- Try to print.
If the issue continues, please configure a new port as follows:
- On the keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
- Type control printers, then press Enter key. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click on your printer icon, then click on Printer properties, click on the Ports tab, and click on Add Port....
- Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port....
- Click Next, then enter the printer's IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.97) in the Printer Name or IP Address field and click Next.
- Once the port is added, click Finish and close all windows.
- Try to print.
