Product: Samsung CLX-3170
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Trying to locate and download driver to use Samsung CLX-3170 with MacBook Pro running OS 12.6.7 Monterey.
1. I tried to use the original Samsung CD to re-load the driver but after package downloaded, the Mac said the installer would not work with the current operating system.
2. Went to Samsung, they no longer seem to support the printer (or any Samsung printers!) on its website, and refer to HP.
3. HP says the serial number printed on the back of my printer is invalid.
How the hell am I supposed to use a perfectly good printer when no one seems to support it? Is there a hidden phone number somewhere that connects to a human?
