Print drivers for HP Photosmart C4340 to load onto a new laptop

Good morning,
I've recently brought a new laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad) but have an old HP printer (Photosmart C4340 All in one)  which is no longer supported by HP and I'm unable to download the drivers from the HP site.
I've looked on the community pages for similar posts which point to a third part provider but even that doesn't work.
I was just wondering if anybody knows of a source where I can download and install the drivers as the printer still works.

I understand the challenge of finding drivers for older printer models. While HP has officially stopped supporting the Photosmart C4340 series, there are still ways to try and get your printer up and running with your new Lenovo ThinkPad.

If you’re using Windows 10 or later, you can try installing the printer using the Windows Update feature which can automatically search for and install the necessary drivers.
HP offers a Universal Print Driver that works with a variety of printers, not specific to any model. This could be a good alternative if specific drivers are not available.
As a last resort, you can search for third-party websites that host older drivers. However, be cautious and ensure the site is reputable to avoid downloading harmful software.
If you manage to download the driver but face issues with installation, try using the compatibility mode in Windows to install the drivers designed for previous versions of Windows.
Remember, while third-party sites can be helpful, they also carry a risk of malware. Always ensure you have a good antivirus program installed before downloading files from unknown sources.
