Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One

Hello, I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One printer. I would like to configure it so that it only prints in black and white and that users cannot change the prints to color. How could I do this?

What happens is that when I run out of colored inks, I still have the black ink full and it doesn't allow me to print in black and white since it sends an error message because it doesn't have the colored ink.

The OJ Pro 7740 will stop printing if any ink cartridge is empty, no setting can change that.

Yes, you can, but color ink cartridges must be with ink, not empty.
