- Are you trying to access the print preview through a specific app or directly from the HP Smart app?
- Does this issue occur with all types of documents or just specific files or apps (e.g., PDFs, Word documents)?
- Have you checked if the HP Smart app and your printer's firmware are fully updated?
Let's try these steps.
- Update the HP Smart App: Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your device. If not, update it via the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Check Printer Firmware: Visit the HP support website and download the latest firmware for your HP Envy Photo 7120 to ensure compatibility with the print preview feature.
- Use a Different App: Test printing from another app, such as your browser, Word, or another document viewer, to see if the issue is specific to one app.
- Adjust Print Settings: Within the HP Smart app or print dialog box, look for settings related to print preview or print preferences. Enable the preview option if available.
- Reinstall the HP Smart App: Uninstall the app completely, restart your device, and reinstall it. Then, reconnect your printer and test again.
