Print screen does not give me the option of printing in color on Mac for HP2800e

Just installed 2800e series.  test pages print correctly.  However, when I try to print a document from the print screen on word on my Mac, I don't even get the option for color or b&W - only prints B&W.  I've checked the installation, cartridges, etc.
