Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did a print quality check.  There were problems with the print so I did some troubleshooting.  I cleaned cartridges, cleaned page smears, checked cartridge ink levels, etc.  Upon completing that, everything was ok EXCEPT printer align cartriges failed.  The print looked good.  However, the printed scan page hadsa noticable slant, a little over 1/8 inch across the width of the sheet.  I believe this is why the printer fails trying to scan the sheet.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Any suggestions?
