Hello, hope someone can help me.
I have been printing booklets for years from my MS Word via my HP printer, with all margins the same, no problems.
Now suddenly the margins in the Word doc and the printed doc is totally different. The printed doc looks totally different than the Word doc. Printed doc for example, has left margin of about half cm, and the right margin is about 3-4 cm. In my Word settings I set it that all margins, on side and bottom/top is the same, but when printed, it is something different.
I have already contacted Office and they helped me for hours, instal/reinstall my Office apps, etc. but it did not change. Now I am looking for help with HP, hope someone can help (I already uninstall hp drivers and programs, and installed it again, also did not help)
Can someone PLEASE help me, what I want to do is:
Write all docs in A4, and then also want to print the docs in booklet form, with all margins about 1cm (mirror margins).
Thank you very much.

Finally, at last, I find the solution to my problem here, it is in MS Word, not HP settings or software:

Uncheck the Scale content for A4 or 8.5"x11" paper sizes option.
When I did that, my problem were gone, and margins print just fine.
Hope this solutions will help others!

HP Officejet Pro 8610
The past few days both Microsoft and HP technicians tried to help me, but the problem could not be fix. It seems to be a driver problem. I have already done all Windows updates, tried to install printer software again and again, followed hp doctor scan, numerous fix problem solutions, but it just seem that my laptop windows do not allow for my hp printer's software to install and work correctly to print a5 booklets, it only install a basic edition of my printer, not the full software needed to print a5 booklets.
Everytime I get this error: "Unsuccesseful Network Installation: The printer was unable to be installed over the network"
Would appreciate any help.

Thanks, I tried that with a new user, but still the same problem:
Everytime I get this error: "Unsuccessful Network Installation: The printer was unable to be installed over the network"
I wish someone can just tell my that my printer CANNOT work with Windows 10, then I can rest and make some other plans, but no HP or Windows technician up to date can fix this, its been a whole week, hours and hours, but no solutions.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
