Hello,
I bought a printer in Thailand that used the 107A toner. After moving to Poland, I ordered the 106A toner, which should be compatible with my printer. However, after replacing the cartridge, I received the message: "Toner cartridge not compatible."
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I understand that you have an HP Laser 107a printer and recently moved from Thailand to Poland. After changing the cartridge, you're now seeing a 'Toner Cartridge Not Compatible' error. Could you please confirm if you have performed a regional reset on the printer before using the new region-specific cartridge? Let me know, and I'll be happy to assist you further

May I know if have you tried and installed the drivers and if have you arranged the ink cartridges for the region?
