Hi, this printer 8020e I just bought seems doesn't have a hold/fit the paper tray alignment?  Anyone know if this is the case. I know I can align the width of the paper, but it doesn't seem there is a clutch to hold the paper length.  My old HP printer has just the size and also have an additional tray for the envelope and photo paper.  This printer only has one tray to adjust all papers.  I placed A4 size paper, but the end seems loosely "hanging" without any grip. 

 

Also not sure why my warranty is 9 months instead of a year.  Anyone face the same issue?

Using HP whatsapp service to contact them, also so troublesome.  Ask this and that even serial number.  Still need to raise a case number in browser before can chat with them!!!! So slow and can't resolve my issue.  Waste my mobile data to hold on to their text.  This is crazy and lousy service provided!
