I have an HP Officejet 4650 Series Printer. It has stopped duplex printing automatically for some reason (won't print double-sided automatically, only shows manual option for some reason). I am trying to uninstall and reinstall drivers and software but when I go to uninstall something, it says it's blocked because I don't have administrative access. However, I'm the only account on this laptop and it shows me as an administrator. How do I fix these issues? I'm out of ideas.
