Hello, I just bought an HP Deskjet 2620 here in Nigeria. The scanning is good. But when I tried to print via the HO plug in, the message I got was 'printer blocked.' How can I fix this, please? Thanks

Hi @Nigeriakan

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

Reboot the printer and your mobile device.

Update the Android device using these steps.

Try restarting the print spooler -

1) On your Android device, tap the Settings icon, and then select Apps or Applications.
2) Select Show System Apps.
3) Scroll down the list, and then select Print Spooler.
Depending on your Android device, tap Storage, and then select Print Spooler.
4) Select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
5) Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon , and then tap Print.
A print preview screen displays.
6) Next to Select a printer, tap the down arrow to view the printer list, and then select your printer.

If you are not using the HP Smart app, try the HP Smart app for printing. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
