Product: HP OfficeJet 3835 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi , can anyone tell me why my chromebook will not recognise my hp officejet printer (3830 all in one ) . It is listed in printers ( think my daughter may have added it previously as chrome book was hers originally) however each time I try to 'save' to chrome book it says 'printer no longer available'  or when I try to print off a document 'error occurred ' and go to manage printers !  Is the printer not compatible or is it something to do with google cloud ? Heeeeeelp! tia
