Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When installing the driver for my HP 5200 OfficeJet in Windows 11 I get the following error message:

"

Call to DriverPackageInstall returned error 32 for package ‘C:\Program Files\HP\HP OfficeJet 5200 series\DriverStore\YetiV4\hpygid24_v4.inf’: A component of the driver package in the DIFx driver store is locked by a thread or process."

I found a solution for Windows 10, but the steps do not match the Windows 11 screen options.  I'd much appreciate any help.
