Just want to give a shout out to Mickey at HP Support for helping me sort out my printer driver issues. I was amazed at his diagnostic speed and attentiveness in trying to figure out why my computer would not recognize my printer as the default printer. I was not up and running in order to receive the latest update, and he targeted the issue quickly.
