Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Windows10 refuses to install printer driver for my HP OfficeJet 5745. Gives me the following message:
"Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. HP Officejet 5740 series. Access is denied."
Have tried using "HP Smart" and "HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0.11" but no success. Very frustrating. Please advise.
EDIT TO ADD: Am able to print (wirelessly) to the OfficeJet 5745 from a different Win10 PC as well as from an iPad Pro. Problem is obviously with my Win10 PC wherein I can't seem to install the driver for some unknown reason.
