Welcome to the HP English Community --

I am the bearer of bad news.

Very nice printer.

The good news is that you can stop trying to install the software for Windows 7.

The bad news is that the printer does not support Windows 7.

What?

It cannot and will not do so -- the firmware, software structure, and EWS are incompatible with any Windows version older than Windows 10.

Compatible operating systems
Windows 11; Windows 10; Android; iOS; macOS 11 Big Sur; macOS 12 Monterey; macOS 13 Ventura; Linux; Chrome OS [4] Windows Server 2016 64-bit, Windows Server 2019 64-bit, Windows Server 2022 64-bit; Linux (For more information see http://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing)
