Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting Scanning error (see my other post) but also the Printer has a red circle in HP Smart but with no description of the issue.

The event viewer is showing 'Document Feeder not detected' with firmware version as 2339A.00 but when i check for updates, it says it is up to date and on TETONXXXXN002.2413A.00.

I think it needs to reinstall the firmware but not finding where i can do that?

 

Please help.

Not sure is it possible to reinstall the same firmware version on that printer model.
