HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer (HP 4520) now requires manual flip of pages. This was not the case previously. Is this a Windows 10 issue?

Check this on your computer.

Go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on the advanced tab and see what driver is listed. If it shows Microsoft IPP or a Class Driver, this is not the correct HP driver and you need to reinstall as the Microsoft provided drivers do not support all features. If an HP driver is installed then click on the device settings tab and scroll down and make sure that it shows that a duplex unit is installed in the device. If not, change the setting to duplex installed.

I followed the instructions, but the problem persists.  (HP drivers were installed previously.)

Also, the Devise Settings screen was much more abbreviated, two lines, but one of them was for duplex printing.

I do not have this issue when printing from my phone or my spouse's computer. So, im pretty sure the issue is in my PC. (HP Pavillion).
