Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Regarding my HP7740 printer:

  1. When I press the print icon, the large pop-up page is distorted.
  2. When I try to print a largish PDF 9 Mb, it produces a horizontal bar the says "Flattening" and then hangs.

The first problem may be an incorrect driver so which one should I use with Windows 7.

I have printed A3 pdfs before so I don't know what is going on.
