Hi there!

I can't connect my new printer HP ENVY 6000e with my computer. The process does work to the point I got to press the blinking "i" button. After that the blue wi-fi light lights up permanently and a minute later the process just stops as it encountered a problem (code -128). I already tried to follow some of the solutions on the HP forum - I changed the wi-fi security settings, rebooted the router, printer and computer in that turn order, all without success. 

Please, help me to resolve the issue.
