Subject: Can’t print – printer still linked to previous owner (HP LaserJet M110we)
Hello,
I recently bought a used HP LaserJet M110we printer.
I successfully connected it to my Wi-Fi and added it to my HP Smart account, but I still cannot print.
The blue Wi-Fi light is solid, but HP Smart shows the printer as “Expired”, and I get the message:
“Printer cannot print. A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.”
I believe the printer is still linked to the previous owner’s HP account, and I cannot remove this myself.
Printer model: HP LaserJet M110we
Serial number: Removed
Could someone from HP please help me disassociate this printer from the previous owner’s account so I can use it with mine?
Thank you in advance.

Open a web browser enter the printer's IP address to access the printer's web server, log in as administrator, the password is the PIN you can find on a label inside the toner access door, restore the printer to factory settings, and then connect it like it's new out of the box.
