Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer won't print certain documents because it's asking me for a pin that I never set.  It just started doing this not too long ago, and I don't know how to reset this or what to enter.  Please help

You need to state which printer you have as the instructions are different depending on the model. The plate on the front of the printer will tell you, such as P57750 or X476, etc.
