Product: Example: ENVY 6052

I am installing the new printer I got which is ENVY 6052 using HP smart App on Android, but it is stuck on the step for ink save. I choose "Do not enable Ink Save“, and it just keeps on loading and never goes to the next step? What is the problem, and how can solve it? Thank you.

@Kanra, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if the printer hardware is working fine.

 

Try reinstalling the HP Smart app on the Android device
