I have a laser printer MFP M127 bought in 2015. It worked smoothly until one day following friend's suggestions I went to settings/systems update and selected "optional update" for printer driver HP. Since then the printer refused to print. Then other suggestions proposed to me to update my OS windows 10 to 11. I did and no better result (printer is always in idle status). I decided to remove all installed printer driver and loaded the HP driver for MFP M127-128 on CD supplied in the box. Printer still not usable. Printer trouble shooting does not find any issues. I could still though get printings from the printer when using a laptop operated with OS windows 7 (means the printer is still alive!!). Anyone can help? Is the printer too old and outdated for the techno of windows 11 to communicate with the printer? Big thanks.
