Hi @Sherri354,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There could be several reasons why your HP Envy Pro 6455 All-In-One Printer has stopped printing and why you are having issues with HP Smart. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check the ink cartridges: Even though you have ink in the cartridges, it's possible that they are not properly installed or have become clogged. Remove the ink cartridges and check them for any damage or blockages. Reinstall them properly.
  • Check for error messages: Check the printer's display panel for any error messages or warning lights. If there is an error message, follow the instructions to resolve the issue.
  • Restart the printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check your network connection: If you are having issues with HP Smart, it could be a problem with your network connection. Make sure that your printer and your device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Update HP Smart: Make sure that you have the latest version of HP Smart installed on your device. If not, update it from the app store.
  • Reinstall HP Smart: If updating HP Smart doesn't solve the problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
