Hello......
Okay, here we go. On November 10, my printer workded fine. On November 11, and since then, my printer will not print Excel docs, Word docs, nor my emails off my email server. It will, however, print off of "Paint" and Adobe pdf docs.
I've totally removed the printer off of my computer and then re-installed it. The computer shows it is there and installed, and, when I am on Excel or Word, the backstage view shows the printer as the accessed printer. But when I send a job to the printer, nothing happens...... {There is not even a "hit" in the printing box.}
Do not know if this matters, but it is loaded onto the "WSD Port." Can someone help me get my printer back to talking to Office 2016 products (Word, Excel)? Thank you !!

Good day. Thank you for joining the HP community. I will be honored to assist you here. Brilliant description of the issue. Kudos to you for that.
- Did this occur after a recent software or windows update?
- Did you run Hp print and scan doctor and check again?
Let's try these steps:
- Perform a hard reset on the printer from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-m1132-multifunction-printer-series/3965842/mode... perform steps from the section “Step 2: Reset the printer
- Then update the printer’s firmware by following instructions from this link: https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c02919168
- Use a USB cable to update the printer’s firmware connecting it to a computer.
- Then run all the latest Windows 10 updates and office updates and ensure that they are correctly installed on the computer.
Now check if it gets resolved. If it continues, then uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers at the root level by following these steps:
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Then download the latest full feature driver from https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printe... selecting the correct operating system.
Connect the printer to your computer only when the setup prompts for the printer.
This should fix it for you.
If it continues, then uninstall and reinstall MS office and check again. This should work for you.
If this does not do the trick, please download the Windows Built-in drivers by following instructions from this link: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01796879
Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂

First, and foremost, I would like to thank you so much for your kind words and response. Thank you !!
Before receiving this email, I decided to just reset the whole computer and re-download windows totally. When doing so, I lost HP's software and had to completely download it again. This was actually good because it was from scratch and the download was a good one.
Everything works great now. Thanks again for being there !!!
