Product: HP OfficeJet 3831 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer connected to home WiFi and computer running Windows 10> Will print test page in colour; print in colour from HP Smart app and my Android phone but cannot get it to print in colour from computer. Any ideas please?

Try to install the next driver:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
