Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

First problem was could only print from HP Smart App.  Printing from phone or laptop would never work.  Now it has deteriorated to the point where nothing prints.  HP Smart App was showing offline, not showing unavailable.  Trying resetting to factory defaults and info light is amber, light on printer is flashing amber and E and 0 are flashing.  Enrolled in Instant ink if this is a printer cartridge problem.
