I'm trying to print a document with a one-pge table (word). The Printer control software comes up with a request for Manual Feed, with a note that if usable paper is installed I should press the "Enter" button. Where is the enter button on my printer?

Hi @Bob31849,

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you are having issues related to your HP Printer. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

What exactly seems to be an issue with the printer?

Have you tried to perform a Hard reset on the printer?

I did go through the User guide of your printer and found that it's the Go button. To print a configuration page, press and hold the go button , and then release the button when the ready light blinks. To print a demo page, press and release the go button . When the go light is flashing, press the go button to continue the print job.

For more details, please click here (Scroll down to page number 8 - Control-panel layout)

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Hello Jeet_Singh

You answered my question completely.

For what it's worth, I was trying to print a business card template from Office Depot and the Printer Software kept insisting that I didn't have the proper media loaded (I did). I finally "solved" the problem by dumping the template and creating my own template in word, which is printing out with  no problems!

Thanks very much for your information and advice!
